I have over 20 years of experience working as a conveyancing assistant/secretary. My work involves the general typing of letters/documents for files, inputting data, preparing files for completion and also dealing with completions on the day, taking telephone calls from clients with general enquiries.
I have worked in the legal profession for over 20 years and therefore have considerable experience in most aspects of Property transactions, including freehold, leasehold and transfers of equity. I have also worked for a large Builder in respect of Plot sales. I am self-motivated and work well under pressure.
I enjoy horror films, socialising, spending time with my daughter and the odd glass of prosecco!
