Background.

Elly has worked within the law from the age of 17. She has been a conveyancer for over 17 years during which time she studied for and qualified as a Licenced Conveyancer.

As our resident Northerner, Elly is known for being straight talking and works tirelessly for her clients. Over the last 10 years working for Simpson Jones in Ashby, Elly has built up great relationships with local estate agents and other solicitors meaning she is in the ideal position to make sure that client’s property transaction go through as smoothly as possible. Elly’s experience in residential conveyancing matters includes both freehold and leasehold transactions which include sales, purchases, developments, Help to Buy matters, lease extensions, re-mortgages and equity releases. I have acted for a wide range of clients including individuals and companies

Interests

When Elly does manage to get away from the office, she likes to go swimming, kickboxing and is an avid reader, ideally on a beach in some far away location.
