Conveyancing Assistant

Fantastic opportunities have arisen at both our Ashby and Derby offices for a Conveyancing Assistant. We are looking for someone who is either part qualified or has worked within a legal environment before and has an awareness of the conveyancing process.

The role requires a high degree of confidentiality and needs someone who can use their initiative and is self-driven. You will be working directly with a specialist from our team and be responsible for preparing and following up on transactions as well as organising searches, communicating with estate agents and solicitors and carrying out opening and post completion details. A passion for client care is essential.

Salary – Negotiable, dependent upon experience.

Residential Property Lawyer Required

An opportunity has arisen within the Property Department at the Ashby-de-la-Zouch Office and Derby offices of Simpson Jones Solicitors for an ambitious, experienced Fee Earner to join our busy Conveyancing team on a permanent, preferably full-time basis to deal with all aspects of Residential Conveyancing work. Ideally you will be a Licenced Conveyancer, Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive.
